We do not overcharge clients simply because their flight is delayed.

Black Fleet London monitors the inbound flight supplied with the booking. When the aircraft is delayed by up to three hours, we adjust chauffeur preparation around the live flight status rather than adding waiting charges solely because the scheduled arrival changed.

The standard 60 minutes’ complimentary airport waiting time begins after the aircraft’s actual recorded landing. It is intended to cover normal immigration, baggage reclaim and customs procedures.

Flight-delay protection applies where the correct operating flight number has been supplied and the booked journey remains unchanged. Delays beyond three hours, diversions, cancellations, missed flights, terminal changes requiring exceptional intervention or substantial booking changes are managed individually under the booking terms.
