For an airport connection, allow time for immigration, baggage collection, road traffic and the next airline’s check-in deadline; the drive alone is not your complete connection time.

Point to Point is a pre-booked transfer between addresses. As Directed reserves a chauffeur for a selected duration within the stated service area and mileage allowance. It can suit a sequence of appointments or a planned shopping itinerary. Availability and eligible vehicle classes depend on the journey type; Premium Class is offered for Point to Point journeys.

Provide the flight number, arrival date, terminal and destination when booking. Flight monitoring helps us coordinate the pickup, while your booking arrangements establish the meeting point and any waiting allowance. Allow time to clear immigration and collect your luggage. If the airline changes your flight or terminal, let us know so the transfer details can be checked.
