These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private hire services by Black Fleet London Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Operator: Black Fleet London Ltd or B.F.L.
  • Customer: the person making a booking
  • Passenger: any person travelling in a booked vehicle
  • Driver: a TfL-licensed private hire driver
  • Booking: a journey arranged through Black Fleet London Ltd

3. Bookings

3.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our approved channels: website, landline or email.

3.2 A booking is only confirmed once accepted by the Operator.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for safety, compliance or operational reasons.

4. Fares and Payment

4.1 All fares are agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route deviations, tolls, parking or cleaning.

4.3 Payment must be made using the accepted methods communicated at booking.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

5.1 Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

5.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

5.3 Amendments are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1 Passengers must behave responsibly and follow the driver’s instructions.

6.2 Smoking, vaping, illegal substances and unsafe behaviour are strictly prohibited.

6.3 We may terminate a journey if safety is compromised.

7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

7.1 Luggage must be suitable for the vehicle booked.

7.2 We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, but we will assist where possible.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

8.1 We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents or other external factors.

8.2 Journey times are estimates only.

9. Complaints Procedure

9.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing to TfL@blackfleetlondon.co.uk.

9.2 Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.

9.3 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to Transport for London.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data is used solely for operational, legal and customer service purposes.

11. Liability

11.1 We maintain appropriate insurance in accordance with TfL requirements.

11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
